ECA's culture
values human resource. Well Workplace Programs encourage and
reward healthful lifestyle choices by employees and their families,
a win-win situation for both Company and workforce.

their health and well being. In turn, a culture has developed

seek to improve quality of life by utilizing the opportunities

reduced absence from work, and lower overall health care costs

ECA employees
participate in the YMCA Corporate Cup, American Heart Walk,
and the company sponsored pedometer "ECA On The Move"
walking campaign. Many participate in personal healthy endeavors
such as cycling, aerobics, weight training, distance running,
league sponsored sports and more.
