- Medical/Dental
and Prescription Drug Insurance
- ECA
offers a competitive, comprehensive plan that includes
Preventative Benefits, PPO Networks and Mail Order Drug
Benefits.
- Life
and Accident Insurance
- Under
ECA's life insurance you are covered for one (1) times
your annual salary. The plan also allows the election
of additional amounts for employee as well as elections
for spouse and child.
- ECA
provides three (3) times your annual salary for accident
insurance. Employee can also elect additional amounts
for themselves as well as coverage for spouse and child.
- Disability
- ECA
provides for a short and long term disability plan for
its employees. The short term plan allows for up to six
(6) weeks salary continuation and the long term plan provides
for 66 2/3 of salary up to the age of 69 starting on the
90th day from date of injury.
- 401K
- The
Energy Corporation of America 401K plan provides ECA Employees
the opportunity to save and invest for their retirement.
As a participant in the 401K plan, you can authorize ECA
to deduct certain amounts of monies from your pay on a
pre-tax basis and invest these deducted amounts in a variety
of investment options which are currently offered through
Merrill Lynch. ECA matches your contributions into the
plan based on your years of service with ECA.
- Vacation
- Employees
receive two weeks paid vacation after one year of employment
and three weeks after five years of employment.
- Education
Programs
- ECA
offers an education benefit to both its employees and
their children. The employee education program allows
for up to 100% reimbursement for tuition and books. The
Dependent Scholarship Program provides for up to $2,000
per semester for full time college students.
